Terms of sale

These terms and conditions of sale apply to any order or transaction made on the www.tante-reine.com website concerning Tante Reine brand products. The website www.tante-reine.com is managed and administered by Chloé Flamand located at Rue Jean-Baptiste Labarre, 6 1180 Uccle, Belgium, company number 0785.823.625, which acts as the seller of its products.

By placing an order on www.tante-reine.com, the customer accepts these terms of sale in full and without reservation. If changes are made to the general terms and conditions of sale, they will only apply to orders placed after the date of the change.

How to order
To place an order on the website www.tante-reine.com, the customer must be of legal age and hold a bank card. Orders will be received and accepted within the limits of available stocks. Tante Reine will inform the customer as soon as possible if the item(s) ordered are no longer available, and will refund the price by crediting the customer's bank account.

Images and information about the products
The colours of the products shown in the photographs may differ from the actual colours of the products. Tante Reine cannot be held responsible for any errors in the texts, photographs and other information relating to the products.

Order confirmation
After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order by email, indicating the order number and the details recorded during the order.

It is recommended that our customers check the data entered at the time of ordering and keep a paper or digital record of the data relating to their order. Tante Reine is not responsible for any errors in the customer's data and the consequences this may have in terms of delays or errors in delivery. Any new shipment due to such an error will be charged to the customer.

Delivery
Delivery is made to the following countries: France, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Denmark.

The order is delivered to the customer's home or to a relay point (if the country of destination allows it), at the customer's choice. Orders are handled either by the transport company DPD, Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

It is the responsibility of the user to check shipments on arrival and to make any reservations and claims that appear justified, or even to refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of deterioration. If there are any complaints following receipt of the order, it is essential to send an e-mail to the address info@tante-reine.com, all within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

If the customer wishes to be delivered outside the countries listed above, he should write to the following email address: hello@tante-reine.com.

Prices, delivery costs and taxes
The prices indicated on www.tante-reine.com are expressed in euros, including all taxes (i.e. including VAT) and are only valid for orders placed on the www.tante-reine.com website. These prices are valid at the time of their consultation by the customer. Although subject to change, the prices indicated at the time of the customer's order will be the current price for that customer, subject to available stocks.

Delivery charges are not included. Any applicable delivery charges or taxes will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.

- Belgium delivery: at home (5€), in a relay point (4€), at Tante Reine's (free)

- delivery France : home delivery (10€), in a relay point (5,5€)

- delivery Netherlands, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg: at home (10€)

- delivery United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark: at home (15€)

Payment method
Customers pay for their orders using the payment methods available on www.tante-reine.com. The delivery date is calculated from the receipt of payment. Tante Reine undertakes to respect the delivery date as far as possible, but constraints may lead to a delay in the date issued,

Tante Reine reserves the right to suspend any order or delivery in the event of non-payment or partial payment.

Right of withdrawal, conditions for reimbursement or exchange
The customer has 14 working days from the effective delivery date to inform Tante Reine of his or her wish to withdraw. The customer sends an email to hello@tante-reine.com or a letter to the address rue Jean-Baptiste Labarre, 6 1180 Uccle - Belgium to make his or her request for return.

The returned product must be in its original condition. It must not have been used or washed, nor must it have undergone even minimal deterioration. The replacement or refund can only take place after receipt of the products subject to withdrawal. In the event of a refund, the amount corresponding to the returned product will be refunded to the customer, with the exception of the shipping costs, which are at the customer's expense.

If the product is not received by Tante Reine or is not in its original condition or has been damaged, Tante Reine reserves the right to return it to the customer without the possibility of exchange or reimbursement or to take into account any repair costs.

If the request for exchange is due to an error in the customer's order, the customer will pay the full delivery costs (return to Tante Reine and return to the customer). Upon receipt of the items to be exchanged, Tante Reine undertakes to send back the new or equivalent product.

In the event of manufacturing defects and repairs
Manufacturing defects must be notified at the latest on the working day after the actual delivery date. Any complaint made after this deadline will not be valid. The customer should send an email to info@tante-reine.com or a letter to the address rue Jean-Baptiste Labarre, 6 1180 Uccle - Belgium to make his remarks known.

If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be sent to the workshop or will be replaced according to the decision of the Tante Reine team. The repair or exchange with a new product is then free of charge and the product will be returned to the customer at Tante Reine's expense.

If the manufacturing defect is not validated or the product is not repairable and it is due to wear and tear, improper use of products such as cleaner or accidental damage, the product will be returned to the customer as is at Tante Reine's expense.

Responsibilities

The general terms and conditions of sale define the obligations of Tante Reine and its responsibility for the ordering and delivery of products. Subsequently, Tante Reine cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind that may result from the incorrect use or operation of the products. Tante Reine's liability will in any case be limited to the amount of the order.

The data sent to www.tante-reine.com are confidential. It will not be communicated to third parties at any time and will only be used for processing your order and for communication by Tante Reine, particularly in the context of information letters or emails.
